    Five Tibetan Rites - Pose 3

    The Rites are said to be a form of Tibetan yoga, emphasizing "a continuous sequence of movement."

    Five Tibetan Rites - Pose 4

    Each movement is done no more than 21 times; six (6) days per week; resting on the 7th Day.

    Five Tibetan Rites - Pose 5

    The Benefits: increased energy, stress reduction and enhanced sense of calm, clarity of thought, increased strength and flexibility; resulting in an overall improvement in health and well being.

    12-Minute Kirtan Kriya

    From the Kundalini yoga tradition, Kirtan Kriya is called a singing exercise. This NON-religious practice practiced for just 12 minutes a day has been shown to reduce stress levels and increase activity in areas of the brain that are central to memory.
