Over the past few weeks, I have accepted the FACT that I thrive off of living a disciplined lifestyle. In an earlier part of my life, I berated myself for "needing" movement. However, the pandemic "saved" me from the destructive self-talk that I'd engaged in for so much of my life.

For as long as I can remember, I've loved giving My ALL! Yes, my devotion to giving My All was met with "criticism"; and I did integrate the criticism into my psyche. Yet, even my awareness and acknowledgement of the period of integration and living from the criticism of others to now self criticism; I now view as a "portal" through which I grew.

You see, "I am the Writer; the Composer; and the Artist Who Sings the Songs of My Life."

115 Days to My 60th birthday; 24 Days to My FIRST competition of the season at the World Vegan Bodybuilding Championships; 66 Days to My SECOND competition of the season at the Mr and Miss Puerto Vallarta Bodybuilding Championships. . .
