In these times, it is more important than ever, that each and every individual practice "Awareness". Incidences of Power "outages" are reminding me that I am only as connected as my Awareness of/TO Source Energy.

135 high school students in Cincinnati, Ohio are learning and practicing Social Emotional Care techniques every day with their teacher. The curriculum is based on one I developed in 1991 to help athletes transition to life after sports. The techniques are skills that the students can take with them throughout their lives.

This is the work I am passionate about. The work that is BIGGER than Me.
