Earlier this week, I posted this picture on my social media accounts:

Within hours of posting it, I was triggered. Let me be clear. I was TRIGGERED. . .however, I wasn't Blindsided. On my way to this picture, I'd been feeling old energies bubbling to the surface. I continued to do my energy work; surrendering with each "ping". So, when the "Event" happened, I felt it before the blow landed. Throughout the 19 days (exactly) leading up to the "Event", my focus was on loving and nurturing "Me". Yet, I was hopeful that I was wrong. Even the "hope" that my intuition was wrong was an old energy that needed resolution. So, I surrendered.
